Email Sending Error Notification Telegram
FluentSMTP's Email Sending Error Notification can send you a message on Telegram whenever an email fails to send, using the official FluentSMTP Telegram bot.
Learn how to connect Telegram to FluentSMTP by following the steps below –
Connect Telegram to FluentSMTP
First, go to FluentSMTP from Settings of WordPress Dashboard in the left sidebar, then click the Alerts tab. This opens the Alerts & Notifications page. Under Email Sending Error Notifications, click the Set Up button next to Telegram.
This takes you to the Telegram Settings page. Enter Your Email Address, check I agree to the terms and conditions of this Telegram integration, then click the Continue button.
Now, the page shows the Last Step. Click the copy button next to the Activation Pin to copy the activation code to your clipboard.
Then, open Telegram and go to FluentSMTP's official telegram bot (linked on the Telegram Settings page above), or search for @fluentsmtp_bot directly. If this is your first time messaging it, you'll land on its profile page, click the Send Message button.
This opens the chat in Telegram. Click the Start button to begin the conversation with the bot.
Clicking Start sends /start to the bot, which replies asking for your site's activation code. Paste the code you copied earlier and send it. The bot then replies with a Congratulations! message confirming your site is verified and asking you to return to FluentSMTP.
Finally, go back to your FluentSMTP Telegram Settings page and click the I have sent the code button.
Back on the Alerts & Notifications page, Telegram now shows as Connected. Use the toggle to turn notifications on or off, click the pencil icon to edit the connection, or click the trash icon to disconnect Telegram.
NOTE
FluentSMTP recommends activating only one notification channel at a time.
